[suggestions]Oxce - UI options + some other suggestions

All this is optional - check/toggle in menu options.

1. Add quickbuttons above soldier UI in battlescape for every usable item in inventory with a small text showing total TU cost to use including moving thru inventory. Use item icons. Examples: grenades, ammo. It is a hotbar from any rpg without border or XCOM 2012+ ui.  Use function to move item to respective inventory slot if needed prime and then throw /use all this upon clicking.

2. Add toggle to show enemies on different levels always. And to show all team visible enemies regardless of current soldier vision.

3. Remove all those buttons above soldier selected in battles cape. For people who use hotkeys. Keep soldier stats, weapons and enemy list.

4. Increase possible bullet speed settings. There is even a mod that is attempting to make bullets faster by giving them trail.

5. Make plasma bullet graphics different. They are too similar to other bullets

6. Add options for modders to change global percentual/flat TU scale from 0 to 100% with variable2 from 1 to 1000.
Explanation: when this feature is enabled TU cost of using any weapon or item is ( %tucost_calculated *  scale * 0.01 ) + ( ( 100-  scale ) * 0.01 * variable2 )
Another explanation: this variable allows to scale Tu cost of non movement action from % cost to flat cost with a base variable2. This allowing custom action speed based on tu. 

7. Add global option for modder to completely remove all starting craft terrain in battlescape. Keep only 1 square on terrain holding all craft items. Goal: craft may  land much farther away from mission site and soldiers needed to walk to mission because craft could be shot down or stealth was needed.
 
8. Add option to rememove those drawn characters in UI menus. Replace them with just colors. It is completely dumb in my opinion to do some tactics in some menu when some human is aiming at my head. Or when I see the same person in another menu for 3451-st time.

5 and 7 are already possible.

I don't understand 8 and 2.

8. XCOM UI includes a picture of a character in nearly every menu by default. This picture is sometimes behind texts. By UI standards this is bad. It is maybe possible to remove this with mods.

2. Just enemy filtering in battlescape but this is NOT important. Please forget this.

1. - buttons/ hotbar- When someone provides me a very general direction atleast basic code to create a button in oxce and if it is feasible/ possible I would attempt to fork oxce and code it.

8. Yes, the background images are all moddable.
