I just got a Cult of Dagon safehouse mission in Louisiana, and when I got there the map looks like the surface of the moon. I'm guessing this isn't intentional.

Don't you know the famous moonscapes of Lousiana?
This both is and isn't intentional, as the moonscape is sort of a debugging 'feature' that makes you sit up and take notice.

This happens when there's no assigned texture to an area. And this definitely shouldn't happen, but it still might be the case. I can't say anything without an actual save, though.
