Troubleshooting / Live aliens and no available research

Hi, there is a small problem. I have 2 sectoid-navigator, 1 sectoid-medic, 1 floater-navigator and i can't research them. They not available in research list or in projects.
Maybe it's because of "live aliens sell mod"? Earlier it was possible to do research.
Or maybe i research everything possible?

And ALIEN SOLDIERS still available for research.

I use last available nightly builds of game.

Suggestions / Perks for high rank soldiers

Hi, how about some bonus for high rank soldiers? Because i didn't see any reason to level-up soldiers.
Maybe something like XCOM2 passive perks or maybe Fallout 2 parks.

Use "Cheat Engine" - it's a best solution for cheaters :)
You can easy make many money, elerium-115, alien alloys and anything else. You also can set move points and energy to 999999 and win every battle by one soldier :)

There is a small problem, when i changing Display Filter to find best (for me of course) game regulary crashes.
I understand that i choose Display filter once and for all time, but it's a little bit unpleasant.

Troubleshooting / English OpenXCOM with Russian Windows 10

Hi.
There is a bug with base creation if i choose english translation of OpenXCOM on my russian Windows 10.
I can't create a first base, because it's not possible to write any letter or digit in base name string.
I try to switch ENG/RUS keyboard layout, nothing changes, not possible to write any symbol in base name string.
When i choose russian translation of OpenXCOM everything alright, i can write base name with russian and english letters.

Maybe i'm wrong, but as i remember in standart XCOM game at the beginning was not so much cyberdiscs at terror missions. And not so many sectoids from medium scout.
Or maybe i'm too old to remember old good times [386SX-20, 2mb RAM, 85mb HDD and monochrome green monitor]

Hi. Just want to ask some question - WHY SO HARD TO PLAY?!
I begin New Game - Beginner difficulty. At the first terror mission (end of first month) i met 5 Cyberdiscs ! FIVE, CARL !!! How it possible?! I have only laser pistols and no armor. What i suppose to do? If i will play at Hard difficulty i will fight with Etherials at first mission?

Knife - it's a new item, think it is too much.
Just a little damage if your soldier has gone in panic or just left somewhere weapons.
Or just for fun - kill mind-controlled alien by own hands... maybe a little bit sadistic (but after the "Expendables 2" it looks very kindness :) )

Sorry for my english.

Just one small suggestion - how about hand-to-hand fight? I mean if you soldier didn't have any weapon he(she) can make some damage to alien (at least 1 hp) by his hands (punch).

There is many text that cannot be correctly displayed because russian world sometimes much longer than english words.
It must be fixed.
I can find old russian translated UFO (X-Com) and look translation in it.
