It's fucking dumb.

Isn't it dumb when civilians run into the monsters' jaws instead of running for their lives? While the AI is common for the enemies and civilians, such measures are more than adequate. :)

Wow, they do look much better! Appreciated. I'll use it and credit you appropriately.

In other news:
In response to the community's sudden interest in mapping I have created a short guide to help you guys start. You can find it here: http://thexcomfiles.xyz/Mapping_manual_0.1.pdf (currently down as we're fixing things, should be back up later today).

I cannot download it.

Is newest version playable?

Absolutely playable. I'm playing on SH, and I haven't noticed anything unusual. Everything works fine.

I have some ideas on how to penalize this :P

Is it so imbalance? It is not so often when we have such opportunity. In 90% of missions these stupid m.f***ers die voluntary. Otherwise, the whole term "save citizen" has no sense at all.

I've catched this bug before base defence mission.
Seems like there are some problems during generation the map of X-base containing Lunar Control Room. When I had loaded the game and dismantled LCR, UFO assaulted my base without any problems.

I didn't know that about the flags. How do I view their inventories at the base?

Go to "equip craft" - "equipment" - "inventory". It works only there. When you are already on mission you cannot change anything.

Do you mean to change a national flag? Of course. Just click on it in the game. To change his/her face press M while inventory screen on the base.

Now it is obviously to me, that someone doesn't know the principal difference between selling a product and donating as a gratitude. And the whole responsibility for each. Maybe it's because of overwhelming greed or just a lack of wisdom... I only hope that consequences of such action are awared.

Or if any of the other contributor decides to hold back what they made?

Yes. This is exactly the main goal.
Do you think this person lived in a vacuum and didn't know about any kind of donations? Of course not! At least the topics about it here on the forum have been sticked since a very-very long time. It's a known fact.

Again. No one - NO ONE - sell their mods, and as far as I know some people, they will never do such thing. All donations are voluntary. It is such trivial thing at nowadays, so I'm in some kind of a stupor about all this hype around.

I love OXC, some mods and admire the titanic work behind it. Such a conflict bothers me, because I'm pretty sure that it will push the wave of negativity (already pushed actually) through all the community. Everyone will start to "protect their rights", and this will discourage almost everyone of mod makers, this will destroy the product line in some way. Are you sure you want such a collapse? I don't think so.

X-Man:
Very correct and fair comments. This is the rare case when you can agree with all points.
Thanks!

Thanks to you, but I'm not sure which of my comments do you mean. :)

Okay, lets found "The International Agency of Mod Licencing" (IAML for short) right here and right now!
The first question, my dear comrades, is to choose the Board. Offer your candidates!

Glad to see that someone else talking about it.

Hmm, I can try fitting these into the description. But I think it would be worthwhile to think of a more general approach, if needed - like a GUI or something.

Nothing special, just put an additional article into ufopaedia, where are all stat requirements are described for each upgrade. :)

UPD: OR it would be better to make a special directory in ufoapedia "Soldier transformations" or something like that and put there articles about them by process or their study.

Oooookay. For those who feel unpoliteness in my words...  English isn't my native language, so I beg a pardon for my poor vocabulary, which does not allows me to explain my thoughts correctly in more polite way.
I do admire every creator and love all people on the Earth :-* But please, clean the grain from the chaff.  ;)
