Anyway a rifled musket might be added as a manufacturable as an upgraded version of the musket (a bit less TU to fire and reload, and a bit more accurate) once "smithing" have ben researched (togheter when "bayoneted musket" is avaiable(

So I was extra lucky having that mission spawn 2 times right at the beginning. Those half ubers were a Godsent and I've already burned through half of them :(

What are the conditions for mission "Wasteland Trouble" to spawn? I had one in first month and another one in second month. I'm in 7th month now and I've not have any more of those missions. I've notices 2 times spawns of 4 bandit cars with "causing trouble" mission objective heading straight at my base, but in both times I cleared them out. Re they related? Should I have let them roam free?
There is another new activity. A 100 speed contact that usually spans in batches of seven to look for your base, but it was alone. Would it spawn a mission if I let it roam free?

Exactly. I tried to watch him a couple of times, but it's impossible to follow 8 hour long videos every day.

It's pretty odd, because for my old XPZ (from 3-4 years ago) only got flagged for music when I actually added additional tracks (mainly from Borderlands 2 - Fink's Slaughterhouse & Lynchwood) otherwise YT has no problems with them being on. Still would love to see someone playing on N10/11 on JS.

There is an Ukrainian streamer that does JS hardcore plays regularly. It usually takes him a couple dozen hours of constant wipes before it gets to a proper campaign.

I'm trying to play x-piratez on my phone (android) and I tried following the steps in the sub board, but it isn't working. I can get into xcom, and play XCOM and TFD, but not X-piratez. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Make sure you are placing proper files in directions. Xpiratez come in complete package to play on windows and you only want to place the mod in android oxce. Extract the "Pirates" folder from your xpiratez downloaded files and place that one in mods folder on android. You should be able to activate mod now.

do you have a suggestion how to improve it?

A similar widget to that visible in battlescape, with icons when pressed changes behavior of tapping from "left mouse click" to right mouse click or maybe 10xleft mouse click.
I have no idea what is or is not possible on Android. But something like I press this button and now 1 screen tap counts as 10 screen taps" seem most simple as a concept.

Some radar contacts do not leave a "crash landed" mission and can only be completely destroyed. That includes all rowing bands, necropirate ground contacts, some enemy crafts with radars like helicopters and F117's, Boogeyman with radar. A necropirate ground contact will at some point "land" and then you can intercept it.

There are 2 levels of cold climate environment. You do not need much cold resistances for cold missions, but freezing cold one can hurt units that only wear furs. You will want to give them more cold protection like fur hats and scarfs.

This applies to every other entity that results in manufacturing job. Osiron Security has 50 something topics and every single time you interrogate them you are reminded that you can rob and enslave them. I'm sure you just did not pay attention to it before.

This formula was recreated from code someone posted. That suspicious 0.5 exists because results differ by 0.5 from what is written in a pirate tip. I do not remember what number it was. Results for a 100% hitting weapon are as follows: Very small - 75%, small - 88%, medium - 100%, large - 125% and very large - 200%. Formula itself is very wacky but you can just multiply those numbers by weapons chance to hit and then flat add the bonus percentages from craft and pilot.

I'd like to propose adding air combat chance to hit formula. This is usually very hard to find and people have often asked for this.

Chance to hit in % = (Weapon accuracy * (100 + 300 / (5 - UFO size)) +100) / 200 - 0.5 - UFO dodge + craft hit bonus + pilots to hit bonus
Where UFO sizes are:
Very small = -1
Small = 1
Medium = 2
Large = 3
Very large = 4
