1.)  which (sub)mods do yu recommend turn on, activate, and whats not ?


2.)  rank´ing, order of the mods,
place, ranks of major and minors mods too

does it depend on what place on the list of the mods they are placed ?
(does the functioning of the mod depends upon theyir order, rank-ing in the mod´ list ?



II.  vehicles

1.)  cars,

car - i think top speed is set-up too much,
too quick speedy - for offices clerks´ ..Sedans, /bmw, (Peugeots..)    from,  made in ~~1984 ~1988 ~~ 1996,  is 200 km/h   ( ..or even in miles per hour? )   too much off..

..around ~~ 120 ~ 160, as very maximal speed would be fine & fair enought, for those upper-middle (and higher) class cars from *80 /  90* years..


that van would have just 1 weapon pod..   
(mounted
..at his cargo space, at back| )


2.)  that APC, armored (fighting) transporter

- he definately WOULD have at LEAST (but better really 2)   1 mount'ed  weapon pods..  for lightier weapons,
( = ..up to ~~30 ~ 50 mm Melara, /Bushmasters, etc rapid-fire autocannon.. - as in automatic weapons ("turret") platform

en plus:
1x           12,7 ~ 16mm  heavy machine gun,   hard-mounted on pod
1 ~ 2 x    7,6  light machinegun, on flexible, circle -turn-able pod


..and speed again: 
top speed 75 mph (km/h)   would be more fitting for that armored troops carrier

and such 130 kmph  i would get to the VAN

just short desription, and categorize, summarize of weapons, into various class and roles, way of use,
upon their kinds..

..but not such "Wip.,  but rather more theoretic.background, and summarizing of those kinds, and class wapons and techs
(..even, it would be then best make it as a table, excel table form. )

almost unlimited, ~~ (literally, almost) almost unlimited range (in fine, good weather, & @Earth, /Planets) ~~ damn alot, hundreds, and (hundreds of) THOUSANDS kilometres, miles..

@space>>  insanely INFINITE range..


very VERY limited (very short, lim.-->0 km range, - in bad weather (rainy, mist, stormy, blizzard, snowing, etc..)


kind of damage:  °°Laser°°dmg.°

class>  energy, impulse

role, way of use> point defense,   sniper,  long range,





^^PLASMA weapons


Accurancy:>   medium, ~mediocre,  ~~ almost bad acc..


Range:>  medium, ~~mediocre

( ~~short,  ~ mid.range )


Damage, kind of damage:>  ^^*Plasma dmg., = damn alot of damage, heavy, severe, deep, wide, and terrific much dmg.

@Arcalane "..LASERs in anti-missile roles (which they're quite good at, as I understand, and where the range issue isn't as vital).." --   but in Air-Defense, & anti-missiles role the range is vital much enought...



btw. + key note - absolute ideal ..environment for (using of) lasers is - space, outer space

yay!, exactly like this!

(..yap, this kind of beginning already got on mind me.. - it would be interesting, (and it wonder me,) how would it to be like, starts, begining only with knive, or even with bare hands, from very beginning,
(..and few firsts levels, 2 - 3 beginners maps..

in Doom,
(or literally any pc game, action shoot, /or tactical simuls..  )

@alex-g ..well, as i understand it, (if i get it right), you want slowier tech. progression, humbl´ier, modest advance in techs research, and overall progress..

yap, similar as like in Doom (or any action-shooting, tactical /strategic game..) the player would, SHOULD be start-ing at first, in first few missions, only with - just & only with 1small knife..

on another note, alien data slates are weird.
i had 10 in store for years, but only now got alien vocabulary to decrypt them.
and suddenly all alien tech is researchable. thats kind of a really tight bottleneck there...

EDIT: just had an idea...
since there´s so much alien tech around biologic enchancement and mind stimulation... how about something like an improved gym? there´s gotta be some tech to make training faster...

I started watching this show, it was shown on Russian television. But for a long time I did not have enough interest. I watched part of the first season and a few episodes from the second, and then finally abandoned. But there were very interesting children's fiction series of Australian production! “Thunderstones”, “Magicians”, “Girl from Tomorrow” (Russian versions of the names may differ from the original ones) - the first thing that comes to mind from what I know and have seen before. Not always the best props and special effects, but very interesting scenes. But about the "Girl and Ocean" I can not say such a thing, unfortunately.
