I think you can't fully infiltrate them at this moment, as it is pretty hard even with a proper equipment. You can try to raid it and steal some top stuff (with score debuff). I have 2 constantly operational enemy bases from my last playthrough and i never have any problems with score. Place another hideout near enemy base and take down enemy supply ships (they will land right near the base), invest more into Anti Air stuff, don't rush any research projects marked as *xxx* and you will be fine.

what is "shakeup transformation"

Newly-implemented (part of) game mechanics called "transformations":

A newly recruited, young gal be not only unskilled, but also uncommited to the Cause and our Pirate ways. We have figured out that a shock treatment might be the best answer! And by shock treatment, I mean dipping her in the Hellerium sludge down the Extractor shaft to harden both her body and spirit! Such ordeal involves drinking so much Moonshine that it cancels 10% experience on combat skills. Oh, it will also likely put her out of commission for a week or three. Since the deed needs to be done eagerly and in a scary manner, anything she was wearing will be destroyed.

Anyone care to explain to me what the required conditions for the shakeup transformation are? i dont understand whats going on as i can put some gals with 70 bravery through it and some with 40 i cant? So like its not just bravery and im confused.

This one is a Hands (STR_SOLDIER_S) "exclusive"  ;D

Depends.
If J4 archive called like "Dioxine_XPiratez_0_99_J4.rar" (first release), then you still need it, otherwise (Dioxine_XPiratez_099J4.rar - current link from the main thread) - no.

Awsome mod, thanks' and glories eternal to the developer (and all the little helpers)!

Anyways:

[FATAL]   OpenXcom has crashed: Map generator encountered an error: Unknown race: STR_SNAKEMAN_NONCOM defined in deployment: STR_LOC_CHURCH_OUTPOST_COLD

(The quickfixes from post 2444 didnt seem to fix this - I'm just skipping the mission for now, but you might want squish the bug anyways).

Old saves from previous version is causing this error. Just skip it and you will not face it again in the next game month.

Am I restricted in arming the aircraft?

The Airspeeder takes rockets, but not the 25mm cannon.

Every ship had its own loadout. Check Airspeeder description.

But how do I down an aircraft without anti-aircraft weapon?  ;)

AA weapons can be obtained from:
- Underwater missions
- Bounties
- Some 'shady contacts' from the tech tree.
- At some point (tech tree) you can also steal weapons and engines from "captured" ships.

From the beginning you can follow enemy vehicles, sitting on their tail and waiting till they land.

There are a few ways. The most obvious way is to research project "Contacts: Car Thieves".

Oh. I know what's wrong with them. In 099J3 update the Church was renamed  from "SNAKEMAN" to "CHURCH" but Yankes_Scripts.rul hasn't been changed yet and still use old variables. Like
SNAKEMAN_ARMOR_P0
instead of
CHURCH_ARMOR_P0
