Doom Armor in the Yeoman production is one of the greatest eggs in the game.
I'm not familiar with the "greatest egg" expression. Is that in the opposite sense of a bad egg, meaning something that's really nice?

BUt daark ones are just a common huma riff-raff, at least i think, they spawn from nowhere; there shoud be something special regarding them :-\
They're beings from hell. Their raids make sense both from a lore-perspective as well as from a gameplay one.

That just means you have not yet researched Lokk'Narr soldiers and as such have no armors for them.

Trader Warehouse, Excavation, or interrogating the bazillion Tough Guy/Gal you capture. It's easy to get.

And, I just found out that you need the Beast Den to research and build named bloodhounds. Usually I do not use Beast Dens, so I wonder, what else I am missing.
To have all base functions, you need to have (at least):
Armory Tower
Luxury Spa
Still
Mint
Refinery
Red Tower
Extractor
Industrial Printer
Power Station
Fusion Reactor
Surgery Room
Computer Core
Cloning Centre
Beast Den

For most of the game, you'll probably want to have a Library, Lab, and Summoning Circle (superceded by Red Mage Tower), as well as a Workshop (superceded by Industrial Printer/Armory Tower), a Medbay (superceded by Surgery Room), and a Mess Hall (superceded by Luxury Spa). Please note that not all of the above may be used in research or, as a matter of fact, anything at all (looking at you, Red Mage).

No, several others (Library, Labo/C-Core, Workshop, and Medical first and foremost, but Surgery, CPU2, and Summoning are also used iirc) matter quite a bit as well. This becomes especially important when setting up a research base which may not have a Lab or a Workshop.

There might be the need for some rebalancing around slavery:
For both Yeomans and Slave Robots, Grav Units are the limiting resource. With Slave Robots being all-around better, Yeoman production seems like the less attractive option (Demonic Essencce is plentiful thanks to Bogeyman Swarms).
With the Pro Slave research, you can now turn Slaves into Slave Specialists. This means that Farmhouse could use a bump. As it stands, the combination of Slave Maid, Yeoman, and Slave Specialists would be equivalent to the Farmhouse (costlier, but also available earlier). If you can also produce Super Maids, the scale actually leans against the Farmhouse.

I recommend either removing Doom Armor SS from the Yeoman production costs (replace with Legion Armor) or bumping them up a bit.
Farmhourses could also use a slight bump. Alternatively, droping Slaves from the ingredients list and instead using peasant workers (represented by a light cost bump and reduced space/income - the workers now need to be paid) could also work.

Is there a way to see which topics cannot be researched because of missing facilities?
Not really. The only thing you can do is check whether all topics show up after unlocking them and then use the tech viewer to figure out the missing facilities on those that do not. To complicate things, unless you check out the anal info on buildings, you might miss out on what services they provide (e.g. Surgery Room provides both Medical and Surgery; Luxury Spa provides Mess, etc.). On the upside, what's required is generally obvious.

1. No.
2. What are you not finding in Transformations.rul? It holds all the information for the actual transformation (items, technologies, etc. are stored in Piratez.rul).
3. It does some skill balancing to make terrible recruits slightly less terrible.

Not sure if intended, but Lil'Ilya uses a heavy slot while Spike Rockets are now missiles.

Uber Wheat has a 2x3 image, but only takes up a 1x1 inventory space.

Not counting the Reticulan Electrogun, of course. Also not counting the Impaler, though that one is rare-ish.

Is 44 the max VooDoo skill for a gal?
45 is the absolute maximum.

Well, actually 40 is the maximum. But due to the way experience gain works, you can send a Gal with a stat of 39 on a mission and get a +6 increase, for a practical maximum of 45.
