You'd be surprised how much lament there was about it making game "unplayable" since you no longer can take 50+ turns without penalties...

Really? Payer can always rotate the crew after long difficult mission such as space freighter assault.

Shortest version: It does very little because most missions will be over by 10th turn. You will stay at high freshness most of the time as you can always rotate your crew.

The codex has little content and the content is rather mediocre, so the El Capitan outfit really shines. But any other codex has much more going for it. Gold codex in underpowered pls buff.

I feel the condemnation system allows for some ridiculous stuff. What is the theoretical maximim bravery now? Takes some dedication, but you can make weapons that scale with bravery absurdly powerful. Also checked the El Capitan suit’s stats. A bit better but unless you can eventually manufacture it and dress up your whole officer corps in it it is not really worth picking the worst codex.

Lore clarifications: How can non-Ubers survive exposure to hellerium radiation in the hideout potentially for years? Ubers live half as long as unmodified natural humans unless gnomified by controlled hellerium starvation or recieving some kind of advanced medical care, that is why your crew celebrates "birthday" twice a year?

Just had a crash on cyverweb heist mission, it says object spawns outside map bounds. Spawned in Rocky Mountains if the moíuntain terrain could be the cause.

Drone has worse camo, its gun isn’t very accurate, needs recharging and maintenance and most importantly has no hands.

Psychologicaly? In X-Com? Yes. Cornered rat goes berserk, these guys coldly keep on fighting. They aren’t bad shots either. Not universaly good in every role, but would perform well in as scouts and snipers I suppose.

My point is that contrary to the lore, they are psychologicaly extremely well fit to be soldiers.

It is a bit odd that they are actually way better soldiers that even Marsec when the lore describes them as rabble. They are no terrible shots either. Why is nobody employing them as scouts/snipers? A trained ratman is eyes of a hawk and nerves of steel would be a valuable asset even to Mercenaries.
