This should definitely be made optional. The fun of Xpiratez comes from not being as frantic as Enemy Unknown. You shouldn't be penalized for taking things easily. Just have people stop paying you protection money.

It would be nice if like, targets revealed by night vision was colored with a green filter or something to indicate that it was not visible normally.

It's the end of the month where I see my score lowering for no apparent reason. Everything looks fine in geoscape and then at the end of the month I'm told everyone thinks i'm a big joke. I don't see any enemy hideouts and the only UFOs I see are civilian traffic and the occasional guild hopper. The latter of which I shoot down and take every last passenger on-board hostage.

Does intercepting UFOs, only to leave them once it turns out to be civilian effect your score?

You should be able to have cat-girl auxiliaries, either by enslaving them or buying them as mercenaries.

Also squires should be renamed to cabin boys as that's more pirate-y and more accurate. They're swabbing your decks, not training to be knights.

I thought the Gals (Is there an official name for the sexy female mutants) had better natural night vision than the purebloods and that the illumination was a representation of their vision rather than absolute lighting.

My score keeps going down every week even though I'm doing most of the missions. What causes this other than killing civilians and missing missions?
