You can't demolish a building if it is required for another building still in your base.  The Still requires the Extractor so you would have to destroy the Still first, and there are several buildings that require the Still that may be preventing its destruction.  For example, the Mess Hall or Study Room.

I just did the mission where I had to defend a bunker from a horde of deep ones and all I got was the normal loot from deep ones.  The briefing said it was a bounty mission, so I assumed I would be getting some trophies.  Is this correct behavior?

I had a similar case.  After missing the first few ambulances, they didn't show up again until mid 2602.  As for Wiz Biz, I think you need to do Red Mage's Tedious Research.  They have the first three rewards implemented so far.

I made the change to the factions ruleset and then fought a new bandit town, but instead of getting the boss I got an item with a STR name matching the section I edited.  I took him down with seduction and a single wand of pain blast, so I don't think I had killed him.

I prefer gold, though I should qualify that I'm basing that off my experience from back when you only got two schools.  I found  the fairy and ghost suits to be spectacularly useful, and the witch suit was extremely helpful against the mercenaries.  The space suits were also nice.  I've only played one game with the new three school codices and I decided to try grey.  I got a lot of use out of the jellyfish and the witch and ghost outfits were as useful as ever.  However, I missed having the fairy to stun through walls.  I also never got to try most of the red codex stuff due to rare dark one spawns and hit a tech bottleneck that kept me from the sorceress outfit.

I'm getting a crash when I go into next month.  Attached is my save and the crash message, though I'm sure that one time the message mention a segmentation fault.  Also, I noticed a minor text bug on weapons with autofire.  Picture also included.

I just ran into an infiltration mission where there was no exit to the Cafe I started in.  Maybe you should add an entrance to another side?

I remember hearing something about a research to end the crop circle/abduction missions.  Is that in yet?  If so, what do I need to do it?

I just did the Vampire Castle mission and I ran into a few issues.  At the start, the evac zone was only ten wide despite arriving in a fully loaded skymarshall.  Later on I ran into some bugged stairs.  The attached save has my guy just before them and his MC'd Queen on them.

Also the issue with blocked off areas hit me hard.  I spent around 40 turns searching for an enemy in a two space room on the edge of the map.

I remember reading somewhere the AI has issues with limited range weapons.  It sees that throwing knives are ranged so it tries to snipe with them, but since they can't they just waste their turn.

What do you mean it doesn't appear?  If you mean it didn't pop up automatically after research finished, then that is normal.  The article should still have appeared in your Earth Lore section.  If it isn't there then that sounds like a bug.  You should post a save file.

I found some rooms in the Syndicate regional office that have no entrances.  The selected unit should be in one I broke into, with a second one next door.  There was also a second set I later encountered further up.

edit:  Are the chainsawbots supposed to take Alien Containment space and be unresearchable?

I ran into an inconsistency with plot progression.  In my game I progressed with the Syndicate faster than with zombies, so I did the research that discovered the origin of the implant virus before the research that told me there was a virus to investigate.

The building in the storm seizure mission has bugged stairs.  They seem to have floor over them, preventing you from going back down.  I only noticed after I got to the top, and had to shoot out a wall to escape.
