Finally completed the game. There seems to be something wrong on the final level. Weapons fire really slowly. It can take 20 secs for auto shots. Meanwhile on the first Cydonia level, all is well. Kindly look into it.

^Aight. Careful tho - apart from stats going up to 180 and loads money plus a stun pistol. Not much different.

Ooh did I mention my customised tank ..

Perhaps I should release it as a combined mod pack. Cristao's Cheat Mods for OpenXcom!!  :P :P

lol fair enough. It's a single player game, I don't really care what others do with it. I personally enjoy trying to work with your idea of balance, but even I have made some tweaks (snap shots on Fuso Knives and bows)

Never mind Dioxine ..  ;D I can try his idea of balance on my second playthrough. Now I am just interesting in seeing how those Star Gods roll in Cydonia.

  ;) Variety is the spice of life. Nothing better than trying to use stun on a waspite and then having it reaction fire your five soldiers...  ;D ;D That was a funny experience. Luckily I brought along a tech sword.

I should state that I use my own modded armor, weapons and stronger soldiers. That gives me an unhealthy advantage compared to your games.

^Got my first supply ship. I sent out my Thunderhorse with 12 gals. So imagine the scenario, I normally advance my troops in groups of 4 including a voodoo user. Then all of a sudden, the entire map is on fire and I start panicking off screen. My entire 3 teams scatter trying to escape the area. Luckily I am a heavy user of assault armor so only my witch armor users were on the ground (PS they are witches, they should be able to fly!!). What is quite weird is that there is no warning, it is the first time I am seeing a baby nuke being fired. I thought it was only the Hell fire Rod that could do such wickedness. All of a sudden, I am accelerating my forward scout movements and being less conservative - any thing that moves dies. Any shadow dies. Only one soldier got injured and that person was in a witch armour.

Good work guys. Someone should please note somewhere that it is possible to get negative storage space in the vault and it is not a bug but a design feature of the XPirates mod - I currently have -455 in my main base,

The OXC .exe likely has all the .dll files stored inside the .exe, making it cleaner but larger. I don't know how to do that, so my .exe comes with a bunch of .dll files that need to be in the right place. I did not check xracer's .rar, but if there are no .dlls, go download my old version and plop his .exe in the place of mine. Plopping his .exe into mine should also fix missing yaml issues, if there are some.

Worked but all the old commendation data is gone and I didnt back it up. Oh well at least it worked - we can start again. Thanks.

This is the current release it is working with the latest nightly openxcom_git_master_2015_11_17_1628.zip

UFO is functional with no error except some bugs when awarding some medals, Shoes will get to them eventually

TFTD is partially working. the medal section in UFOpedia is present but object do not appear, press ESC to get back to the previous window.
There are also some palette work that needs to be done.
Please remember TFTD is a WIP

***NOTE***
I have tried to follow the right folder structure just be mindful it should be a straight paste.

Perhaps I am doing something wrong - is the exe file supposed to be 3MB? The OpenXcom nightly exe is about 8MB. If I double click on the exe in the mod, it says yaml error.

One of the issues with recent nightlies that has been crashing mods:

Hitanimations:

Warboy has updated those and it now affects HE/smoke/incendiary weapons.  Before these had no affect whatsoever.

Ensure your hitanimation has an appropriate value if you are using one of these weapons.

Thanks for this. I had a similar problem using the older version for Commendations and just realised that I had changed hitAnimation to 26 on a weapon. I will change back to 0.
