I have a strange issue. Since starting my current game I built a medical drone but it never appeared in a base mission when I was attacked and because it wasn't important I forgot about it. But now I have researched and built  Tanks I cannot put them on a craft as an item, they are not there even though they appear in my base storage as an item. It seems that any heavy weapons systems I build are not available on the battlescape.
 I am using OXCE 6.2 with XFC 1.1.2
 Ah I have just found the solution on page 138. Sorry to have bothered you

I have found that using dogs as agents works well on surfing missions. I take two agents armed with Dart rifles and two or three dogs. I keep the agents safe while my dogs search buildings and kill the Enemy. Then my agents move in and take the weapons. Have the dogs work as a pack though. Dont have them running around on their own. This tactic also works well in the early game against sectoids when assaulting their craft. A pack of dogs can kill the entire crew in no time

This Mod is Great. I am one year into a Veteran campaign and am really enjoying it. The amount of work it has taken to create must have been vast.

 Hi
 I just have a few questions to ask regarding modding FMP.
 I have been playing UFO Enemy Unknown since it was first released in 1994 (Yes I am quite old lol) and absolutely love OpenXcom and FMP especially. But I have found that over the years my tactics and strategies have become too good and I win the game on the hardest level every time. Because of this I taught myself simple modding and have doubled armors of Aliens, increased movement points of Aliens made Xcom facilities and ships vastly more expensive so much so that a SkyMarshall costs 5 million and a Raven costs 8 million. Bases cost far more to construct and living quarters only house half the number of men. Labs and Workshops also have half the capacity and I dont use Psionics even though I allow the Aliens to still use them. And even with these alterations I still win every time if I can get past the first three months.
 So What I am asking, is if there is a way to make the final mission have more than two levels. Ideally I would like to have 4 levels for the final mission if it is possible. The standard surface level followed by a narrow cave complex containing many chrysallids then a next level consiting of warrior Mutons and Gazers and finally the last level with the brain and Ethereals. If it is possible to mod I would love to learn how to make these levels and would also make all Alien bases two or three Levels eventually.

I have done a few missions playtesting it now and it seems okay but I have had a plan to increase alien morale for a while now so that will be my next project. I have also doubled the armor settings for all aliens except sectopods and increased their movement rate. I want base defending to be really scary lol. Many thanks for all the help guys. when I have it perfected I will share it for anyone that wants to try it.

 Is their a way to adjust the number of aliens on a particular mission? I am mainly looking at making base defence missions harder by adding more attacking aliens if it is possible.

Tools / Editing the chryssalids

 I am sure I am missing something here but I want to edit the stats for the Chryssalid terrorists. I have found the rulesets for units in final mod but there is no entry for the chryssalid terrorist so there is no template which I can edit. I am assuming that the chryssalid files are built into the main game but I cant find them to edit them.

        Any help appreciated

 Hi guys
 I just registered and have to say I am very glad to have found openxcom. The game is very stable and I havent had any problems playing except for one.
 I remember the difficulty level was bugged on the the original UFO and I was wondering if it had been addressed on openxcom because I am currently playing on superhuman and am at november 2000 and have 8 fully equipped bases and all tech researched and have destroyed all alien bases. The problem is that the aliens never attack me even though I have the aggressive response activated and thus I am not being put under any pressure. Also the aliens dont seem to be building any new bases (I destroyed up to base 7) even though they have lots of ufos flying about.
 Any help appreciated
