How to deal with Muton enemies that are spawning in early year 2 when my most powerfull weapon the quad launcher cannot kill them even if all 4 rockets hit? Same goes for hovertank.
Havent met Mercs in my current playthrough yet, but last time I was taking them down early with scavenged Heavy Lasers, melee and Heavy Flamers.
They do have tons of HP and good all around resistances, and their Synthmuscle suits are meant to shrug off explosives.

Whats a good way for breaking into Bank or Megapol Prison? Explosives arent good enough.
Is it as simple as packing a Fusion Torch?

Do Bootypedia armor previews have a fixed size? Might be nice to see exactly what inventory slots each armor has on its picture, and frees up some space in description.

HANDS menu in Hideout lost its Training button after upgrading to J4, assigning Gals to training can now only be done tough right clicking Dojos.

EDIT: What exactly does the new "spread fire" feature do?
You can define two waypoints and force a Minigun (or the like) to split its Auto shots between them, saturating the whole predefined area with high velocity lead.

In game context it pretty much goes for [Extremely] Superior [Mutant] Strain. Overmutant, High Mutant, Supermutant etc.

Fire can clear up Smoke on its Z level - while this might work against you it can also be used to set up clear Line of Sight on your own turn.
Fireball Launchers from Death Realms Arena are perfectly fit for doing that.

One general question about damage: What does that 20 "x7" damage mean?

Does the weapon deal 140 damage, when close or what?
20x7 stands for 7 pellets, 20 damage each.
Since every single pellet does 0%-to-200% damage each (so 0-to-40, disregarding resistances), this gun perfrms extremely well against unarmored targets, but is completely unable to punch through 40+ armour.

I did get Zombie/Chryssalid crews on early pink missions twice, on current version and previous one. Seems intended to me.
If those are literally different missions mixed in to spice things up (and not just randomized crews) then may be a description could use some tweaks.

Just wanna say that this grew to be one of the most fun games Ive ever played.
Sheer amount of content, built up setting atmosphere, variety of tactical options, micromanagement hell that pays off, and all the QoL options that were built up to support this piece - its just staggering.
I wish I had more than 24 hours a day sometimes, just to dedicate a couple extra on every single newest release.

I have a heretical proposal: a mod defined option for shared global vault space for all the loot and weapon items.
Soldiers/tanks and interceptors/transports would still have to be transfered, but all the other stuff can be accessed from any Base at any time, be it for manufacture, selling or loading into a craft.

Try overwriting "..\OpenXcom_XPiratez\user\mods\AltCorpseComplete\Ruleset\AltCorpse_FloorOb_Armors.rul" with an attached file.
It points onto Metal Armour floorobject for Revenant corpses.

Looks like Deliverator has a hole somewhere. Results of inderect RPG hit below.

edit: also, is there a way to get out of that endless Sway Goverment loop without editing save file? Those are getting annoying and it feels like they are eating up other possible missions that may be more intersting.
