Ok - I've chosen to add a peasant outfit now - this one is a peasant variant of the pirate armour.



It's coded and seems ready - but I'm still not sure.  Is anyone willing to look over the code and see if there is any thing missing?

Also any sugestions/ideas for changes?

Version for XPiratez 0.99J6 is now here on my Google Drive - File is PAAC_V0-99J6.zip

This version adds a custom set of GUI images.

Please delete all older versions before installing this one - if you don't there will be problems with the file structure.

Please Ensure PAAC is at the Bottom of your mods list - some images/suits have been known to not work if it is higher.

Edit : Image with all the current suits for this version is below.

Like, totally new armours?

Armours you want alternate pictures / colours  for actually.

However if anyone has any ideas - post them.  I'll have a look and see what can be done.

The next update is almost ready - just a few small bugs to fix, and compatability with the latest version to check.

I'll just say all of this is completely uncanonical in many ways.
You cannot "reboot" synths because they're living beings. You cannot "upload" for the same reason.


Really???

Because that is the way I read how the Stargods have gained imortality from the Bootypedia articals.

When I saw that the latest XPiratez has the ability to change the type of your troops (Young Uber to Gal, Dead to Spectere), I was inerested.

I've taken a look at the system and had a play around with the rulesets. Actually this is something I've wanted for the game since Dioxine first introduced the Synth troop type.

This mod lets you:
     - Reboot Dead Synths - they keep any and all stat improvements
     - Upload you dead Gals (also Pesants and Loknars) as Synths - they also keep any and all stat improvements
     - And Later in the Game, When you get the Cloneing Center, You can change any surviveing Pesants or Locknars into Ubers.

However I've been haveing trouble with the wording of the text - If anyone has a suggestion/change, just post it below.

Also the Images don't quite fit the the theme - If you know of / have a better one, please let me know.

You need to make sure they get changed back to land versions in Enviro_Hot section (the one which applies to mysterious island).

Hi - sorry about the delays - Home, Work and Life have struck back with vengance recently. :'(

V0.99J2 is under way - all the graphics are done, but I keep finding little bugs/errors to fix in the rulesets.

Current problem - the sea oddity mission - while my alternate swimsuit work correctly in the underwater section, when you go to the Island they remain in their underwater mode, ie bubble noises, can swim in air, takes stun ect, even though its on land.

I know I'm missing an instruction/piece of code somewhere, but I cant find it.

Has anyone got an idea/solution?

Edit: 4 hours of looking at the code and I think I've found it - will test latter.

Also: Is anyone willing to help out as a tester/bug finder? - I'm finding myself short on time at the moment due to work.

I know that XPiratez now uses a custom pallet for the Inventories - but where is it.

I've looked in all the folders I think it should be in and can't seem to find it.

Arms and legs could be a bit beefier with the armor (ala Defender)

Actualy in both versions - original and mine - the Defender and Guardian suits have exactly the same arms and legs.

The 'beefier' look is simply an optical effect caused by the proportions.

I've always had a problem with the fact you can't always get tokens for a specific customer if the RNG hates you.

Today I finally decided to fix that (at least in theory) - This small mod should let you swap tokens you have lots of for the ones you want.

If anyone has any sugestions to improve this - go ahead, I threw this together in 15min after all, so I might have missed things.
