I fear that would break the economy of the game, though I'm sure some mods might already provide this. The crucial thing about the early-midgame is managing your expansion and deciding what you can afford. Being able to loan money, even with interest, would wreck this (I suppose, unless the loan was very short and the interest really steep).
Hold down guys. "Withdraw some 10M from a bank and pay back 15M" is not a loan. It is 50% interest rate. US treasury bill only pay 5%. This is a predatory lending. lol.
Now, let us think like this. We are the last heros to stand in front of the human races against killer aliens. We have all the credibility to ask for a good discount loan of 100m. 2% max. lol.

You can try them, but you might just have to start a new game.
2019 old saves work great actually. just missing some new RnD. I try to start a new game but after few weeks of hard work and life is still not good in XPR. My old saves are few months of work. Still good.

Just found out it can indeed. but the RnD process is so random. I have to SnL MANY times to get all of the techs. lol.

I just haven't bothered, since only having to worry about event texts is JUST enough eyestrain for me to handle.

I would love to see in Xp that a new features that allow us to send spies to our enemy base or lab to steal armors. Or bootleg some flying enemy armors to use as our own. I need some good armors sooner guys. Such a pain to RnD for good armors.
