Thanks, I added Taman Shud. I feel a bit unsure about adding a real person, but 1) we know pretty much nothing about him, and 2) it was almost a century ago...

Guess it depends on how you feel about Jack the Ripper fiction. But I figure, unsolved mysteries from the 20th century are key to the feel and atmosphere of a conspiracy-themed work.

- Details: Responsible for tracking signals relating to the "Deep Ones" in the Pacific Ocean. Found dead in Australia in 1948. All of his research papers were mysteriously missing.
- Status: Deceased & disavowed

- Details: Only has several confirmed murders, but many possible linked murders. He killed according to a numerological code that remains encrypted to this day.
