40k / Translation - Russian

Hi.
This is a completed russian translation for 40k mod.
It's not machine translation, almost all the terms was translated according to russian versions of Codex.
Some sentences and terms was changed, due to lack of space in UI.
Probably it has some spelling and stylistic mistakes, so technically it's a beta-version.
All criticism is appreciated.
