40k / Enemy Chimera Turrets

They are the bane of my existence. How do you deal with enemy chimera turrets in the early game? I've tried krak grenades and missiles but both of those seem very unreliable, and most of the time I have to rely on my own chimera turret/HWPs to deal with them, but not before they turn half my IG unit to mulch.
