Released Mods / Mods installieren implementieren?

Huhu.. ich mal wieder... wie kann ich mods die es hier zum download gibt ins spiel einfügen? Zb neue ufos? Muss man dann neues spiel anfangen oder geht das auch im spielstand normal weiter?
