Suggestions / Is there a way to increase the max attainable stats?

I like to play with a very small group of soldiers. Like 4 soldiers and 1 tank. i also place a few other rules that make the game a little more challenging, like only a maximum of 2 way points for blaster launcher, no PSIonics for player, no manufacturing lasers or other items for profit.
I feel i would get a little more joy out of the game if i say there was a way my player Time units capped out at 100 instead of 81, (I realize this would make the game easier, but maybe id play on a higher difficulty level to compensate). Are there any mods that alter the maximum stats a soldier can achieve?
