Work In Progress / Mixed Crews for UFOs

I've been messing with adding mixed race ufo crews to spice things up a little.
This adds three new 'races' MIXED (LOW), MIXED (MEDIUM), and MIXED (HIGH) and assigns them to the various mission types. This is barely tested, and probably completely unbalanced, but I figured I'd post it and maybe someone who knows what they are doing will make a better version.
