I have been away from OpenXcom and the forum for a while and just got back.
Amazing progress! Thank you to all that have contributed for OpenXcom to reach v1.0 and of course thanks for keeping on supporting and expanding it!
I am also impressed by the progress in the modding front :)

Now all I need is to get the dust of my trusty rifle and go hunt some aliens

Translations / Greek translation

Since the new localisation website made the translation less daunting a Greek translation for openxcom has started. What I realised is that a whole new alphabet is needed for that (24 letters + stressed versions). I noticed that there are some letter files in the languages folders. How do these files work?

Troubleshooting / savegames and options.cfg

I have noticed that after the introduction of the new yaml both options.cfg and savegames get rather messy. By messy I mean that they no longer have the nice order they used to have. For instance if you go in a savegame the order of the fields is everytime different, sometimes making it rather difficult to understand whats going on in there.
Has anybody else some experience with the same issue?

Troubleshooting / Loading mod rulesets

Was there any change how mods are loaded over the last few nightly builds?
I add them as usually in options.cfg under rulesets, but they no longer load in game. In fact, when I exit openxcom any mod rulesets that I had added are removed from the list in options.cfg. 

Tried all builds with the new version of yaml and have the same problem.

Is there any way of using animated gifs for sprites? This should allow us to do a couple of neat tricks

  - Elerium Mace (A researchable upgrade to Stun Rod)

Mass Accelerator Technology:
 - Mass Accelerator Weapons (Ufopedia technology entry)
 - Mass Accelerator Pistol
 - Mass Accelerator Rifle
 - Mass Accelerator Sniper Rifle (More expensive, but better than rifle. No auto)
 - Mass Accelerator Cannon
 - Mass Accelerator Grenade
 - Mass Accelerator Rocket (New ammunition for Blaster Launcher)
 - Craft Mass Cannon (Craft Weapon)

Graphics replacement mods:
 - Firestorm

New Interceptor:
- Thunderstorm
