Troubleshooting / What data files to copy from a steam install?

As the title asks, which files/folders do we need to copy into the DATA folder of openxcom?

I read the readme in the data folder (should move that to the main directory - don't think it should be hidden), some folders like ufoexe only contain windows exe files, so for example they shouldn't need to be copied?

Just a note about a small css issue.
You need to change the font colour for the recaptcha on the register page to white
