..and it´s also quite realistically - when you something do NOT have, you must order it, (buy it), or borrow it ( +, if you need it QUICKLY, - you pay alot much more, for "speedy" order"

so, for example - quickly order, buy-ing of hazmat suits, from local warehause, stores at site - 15 000 €$ / per 1piece

It is not a major gripe or anything. Its just that there is no incentive to purchase these hazmat suits if you can use/rent them for free when the mission appears. And currently I am not at a point where I have an abundance of money so it felt like an exploit.

I thought that since my men were not equipped with the right Armour, the mission would either not go through (like when you want to start an undercover mission with the wrong transport), or the agents not wearing the right Armour would not partake in the mission (like how you can send 10 guys to an underwater mission but only 7 partake), or they would start with the wrong Armour equipped but they would receive an HP and/or stun penalty each turn for not wearing chemical resistant Armour, just like how an eerie aura drains sanity each turn.

..or, well, let´ equip them with the right armor, resp.hazmat suits - but for hell costly, so muchsuch expensive fee, factured after the mission (well, or IMMEDIATELY, still in time of finishing of mission
(in that time when there is a loot screen on)

yap, exactly just like it was -that such white, round, small but high, white, - clean interrogation room, in Nikita (1993 - 99 tv-serie )

+another suggestion, ideas - without this room -would not (should NOT) be possible to "interrogate" some valuable enemies, and vip persons,

To be fair, special ammo for many guns does increase the power of the gun itself. IE: Any weapon's standard ammo vs the armor alloy version.

Speaking of: Alien Alloy Ammo (aka AAA) sounds better than Tritanium Ammo. Give us AAA back, please!   :)

About that: Can the (HUMVEE), MUDRANGER~2 APC, and also mbt A1M2 tanks be modified so that the weapon points works as a turret in the Battlescape combat mode? I've seen other mods do so, such as Piratez and WH40k. It would make the vehicle more useful than a stopgap between the Van and the Helicopter.

..and also on those MUDRANGERs APC swould be mounted some sentry guns - at least 1 (unmanned, automatic) weapon turret - with some rapid fire 30 ~~ 40'' Melara twin guns (double barrels)

´´..instead of that small radar (saucer) antenna, or somewhere next of it >

and about MBT M1A2 tanks - would be well appreciated, if thoy could have also their gun-turrets also active, too - and act like autonomnous sentry turrets, or even (best case) playable by player

(..yap, in few more years : these X-COM mods will be just alike lim---> any Command & Conquer :D :P

I had a couple ideas for weapons that could use the E-115 damage type, since I figured that as long as it was in the game it should be used for something. Of course I'm assuming there's going to be the pistol/rifle equivalents as usual, so these could make it a bit more flavorful.

  • Repurpose the existing Elerium-based explosives (e.g. Elerium Missiles, Elerium Explosives, etc.). It'll be faster than developing something which would need new sprites, handobs, etc., and it just doesn't make sense that they would cause plasma damage when they don't use any actual plasma in their design. As far as I know anyway.
  • Something like Halo's Fuel Rod Gun, which would basically launch big chunks of explosive elerium similar to the Plasma Destroyer's projectiles.

Elerium E-115 based weapons (munnition) should be quite similar like Depleded Uranium,U-235,~~238 ammunitions type..

so, mostly used in various antitank missiles, anti-panzer warheads, and anti-material bullets, ..

« on: June 18, 2020, 11:21:06 pm » brainer -girls (and fighting galls too, overall) are like such little princezzsin dolls, they live and work, respectively research, in quite high luxury, hi-tech ultra-clean rooms and sectors in the vault (base).  :-*  :P there are climas & air-vents, (ventilators), free drinks bars, cattering, small, and big swimming pools, fitness, sauna, jakuzzi, soft sofas, big library, and multi-media-center, (videotheque), lounges, caffe-noir jazz / & disco bars, radiostation, restaurants, etc..

yap, alike we meet Vault - *Fallout Shelter  8) :P

I'd like to see the kraken equipped with anotjer dorr ot its left side, as highlighted in the attached screenshot  8)

^^  but it would weakened Kraken´s  side, its outer-side wall.

Kraken is battle - role craft, attack-aircraft ~~ something like A-10 II Warthog, or Il-2, Iljushin Il-10 Shturmovik,  /well, amybe also smthng like C-130x class, kind of (air)craft - but anyway..

where is my topic i wrote yesterday ?

theme was:  actively guided "bullets", respective´ly  "winged" munitions, active-guiding-winged projectiles (of medium an bigger calibers ~~7,62 ~ 12,7 mm ++, ++.. ), with actively guiding toward LASER aim

projectile with small "guiding, driving" wings along almost its whole lenght (well, more than half of its lengh) :

and suggestion was, is - even more accurancy, & lethal´ly weapon, especially bigger guns of bigger calibers  ~~  all sniper rifles, and any heavier machine guns, and auto-cannons
