Got a new version of en-US.yml file. Translation in progress.

Modified: Translation is done. Tested it on release 023 since I don't have a new one. Well, at least it doesn't crashed on startup.

Hi.
This is a completed russian translation for 40k mod.
It's not machine translation, almost all the terms was translated according to russian versions of Codex.
Some sentences and terms was changed, due to lack of space in UI.
Probably it has some spelling and stylistic mistakes, so technically it's a beta-version.
All criticism is appreciated.
