hat wer tipps ?

du musst das händisch in deiner options.cfg eintragen. language: en -> language: de. dann wird auch de.yml geladen
Datei ist im richtigen Ordner? mods und Grundspiel haben beide einen Sprachordner für die ymls

[CTD when snakemen attack my base. A mapfile is missing - XBASS_45.MAP.
Regarding my game version, i'm 95% sure to have 2.1 despite the save saying 2.0]


Edit: replacement of the missing mapfile didn't work, but after re-downloading ver 2.0.1 everything is working fine

spawn with grass underneath the stairs, which blocks the stairs and prevents you from walking up.
you can shoot the grass :)
or flamethrower it

X-Com managed to eliminate ADVENT forces..

how did Xcom do that, if Advent never appeared? Writing this, because i have the same problem: nearly end of 2000 and no Advent and no Hybrid clinics at all. Did Solarius rearrange/remove something? i destroyed the Syndicate HQ though, which has this Impersonatron as prereq.
Also: all Hybrids arook the same. Are there important Hybrid subtypes at farms, convoys, chemtrail sites?

ich hab jetzt die ufopedia und notepad genutzt. Eventuell kann man die yml-Datei wieder ins transifex reinzwängen - falls die Fehlerkorrektur was taugt?

dateianhang entfernt, da sowas wohl nicht gern gesehen ist :)

Ich habe The X-Com Files übersetzt! Erbitte Korrektur, Rückmeldung und so fort, wenn möglich.

ich würde gerne, da ich auch Zeit habe, allerdings bin ich wohl zu dämlich die Seite zu bedienen. Ich komme bis https://www.transifex.com/openxcom/openxcom-mods/.
Wo finde ich die x-Akten? (muss ich angemeldet sein, um die Übersetzung wenigstens lesen zu können?)

the new and improved airbus is a death trap, leave it as quick as possible (aka turn 1).
the AI is usually much better than me in finding shooting angles through the windholes

removing the craft and making the mission non-abortable could work for everyone else, I think.

imo all inflitration missions should work like that. Because you infiltrated you're now at the heart of the enemy - then your cover blows and shtf

Do other people have similar thoughts?

i liked the mission because of the silly outfits, i'm a big fan of the more "campy" moments in the mod (piratez does the same very well).
like krautberndi said, make the the mission like beach/ski ones - unretreatable and let's start around a dumpster fire in one of the derelict buildings.

so i did the syndicate CEO mission an hour ago.
Unfortunately, the burning CEO freak stepped on a proxy grenade which i threw a few turns earlier and forgot about. Now he's dead and i only have the corpse.
How bad is that? This time i made a proper save before mission start so i'm willing to do the mission again if it's a Black Lotus avatar thing.
(i lost 7/16)

to capture the avatar alive (yes, that's needed for the BLHQ) get her shield down by firing smgs/shotguns. then stun grenades, those bio darts or simply clubbing her (if she decides to land on the ground that is)
