We tried mod.io integration some years ago, but there was no interest in it, you can see it here:
If there's more interest we'll look into it again.
Thank you for responding.
I posted having had the same idea as the reply you gave me.
It is just purely my idea , which I am glad you already had.
If the issue is responsibility :
Thinking about it the DRAMA of user responsibility , can be tricked , like the launcher or port of minecraft , which I used , as ATLAUNCHER -
go to atlauncher site
If you witnessed the CURSEFORGE drama for minecraft , every launcher could NOT download mods automatically anymore .

This a made you , as gdlauncher to rewrite the code or atlauncher to ask , precisely as a solution and if you will have more interest , also your , to the user to accept with a choice , the "drop" of responsibility and then install the mod, if that was the problem from what I saw , in your reply. So they solved them, even , throw the link to download the mods , from the user that is the same thing.

All this to increase the community and at the same time speed up the download , increasing the community of the launcher game in question.
Minecraft is not so much because it sells so much , even, it is because the download of mods is usable in zero time , in my opinion.
Look at Minetest , which has almost the same capacity and community expansion.
All this talk , and my thought , because it is sorry that a strategy game , is little known ,as x-com UFO DEFENCE and Terror of the Deep,  at the community level , to the new generations , who should instead understand what it is like to play in CGA. Es watch a youtube video like this
kids react to doom 2 ? really ?

I come from the past like you. I know you don't care, but I finished both of the first two microprose xcoms.
I VERY much appreciate the work you have done. Until recently , as doom teaches ( open source , multiplayer and mods) , I tried x-files mod.

I know I shouldn't post here, but I had an idea to speed up downloading files to mod.io. I make NO claim to tell anyone anything. This is the most direct way. Look at the screenshot of foundation for steam, which I own. Without saying anything , if by chance they would see it on OXCE , would it be faster to download mods from mod.io ?

thanks anyway for what you have always done.

See Foundation , steam screenshot , that i find on google images :

would that be a good idea ?
