Troubleshooting / I can't for the life of me find the MODS folder. (steam/Windows 10)

Hey guys, I've googled and searched but none of the solutions posted work for me.

I've installed the game, Steam version. And am using the OpenXcom windows installer.

I can't for the life of me find the MODS folder, or where exactly to create it.

I'm running on Windows 10.

Please help.
