Work In Progress / PCKview error?

Hello,  I haven't been able to find a reference to this through search so I am wondering if anyone else has come across this.  I was editing an item in BigObs and noticed that now all items after it are shifted one.  I am assuming this is some screw up I caused with the bmp editing.

Does anyone know what causes this?  I would like to add in my changed image but not if it messes everything up after that point.
