I still think that default hybrid female head should be replaced on the more similar to the male (head shape, eye size and shape). For now they seem to belong to different species although the basis for both are human DNA and sectoid. For example took one from xpiratez mod (need to tweak a little skin color and will be perfect... may be change the shape and size of the ears although you can leave it as a feature of the female hybrid)

In Piratez, hybrids have evolved for hundreds of years; here they are fresh and pure.It ok and logical but maybe some face paint for X-COM hybrids? To give individuality, since they went against their masters they must consider themselves something more than just clones or tools?
