Troubleshooting / No installaitons found

Hello
I am having trouble loading up Open Xcom. After installing it, I tried to run it and was told that
there were no XCOM installations found and it said more details could be found in my one drive documents folder in the openxcom.log located there. It then told me to ensure OpenXcom and mods were installed. Its in my steam folder, in my UFO folder so not sure whats wrong.
