The Mess Hall! Okay, that explains it. I completely forgot about that thing.

I hadn't played this mod in so long, and picked it up again recently, and there's a lot that's changed that I'm still getting used to. Thank you for the help!

So, I'm on my second play-through. In the first one, I remember being able to research Glamour as soon as I got some, I think? Now in this one I've come pretty far but still can't research it, despite having the Glamour item. The tech tree viewer says I need the item, and a 'Culture' service or something? What am I missing?
