Ok what's the best end game ship/weapon loadouts?  I'm having trouble with large shielded ships and what not. They're not landing and I'm not bringing them down.

is there a way to change the way certain soldiers look? I lost a gnome and I want to make my V2 look just like V1, I've changed the name but hair/skintone is illuding me.
