If the title part is changed to Japanese, it will be impossible to find the strategy information because there are almost no places that deal with piratez in Japanese...
So the idea is that the UI and bootypedia articles should be in Japanese.
We need to discuss with Japanese users whether the title part should also be in Japanese or not.

A friend of mine converted it to Japanese.
However, there is no scrutiny at all.
If anyone understands Japanese, please help me to examine it.
