Troubleshooting / Switches to change resolution disappeared

i had an older version of openxcom where everything works,
i download the latest version but weirdly the switches to change resolution are not there... i mean i can survive the issue, but i dont know if something else is not ok
i use gog version of tftd and ufo

ps: the captcha bot is fucked i have been 10 minutes clicking on cars, motorcycles and steps..
