no it was done by the enthusiasts and shut down, as their copyrights have got. It is playable just not hvatatet AI x-coma to play for others, not enough ufopedia well, even on the little things. The grid works well you can play with a friend. It is written in C++ in my opinion. When the project was closed the man was handing out the source code I even forgot to take ( regret it now and person to find.
