you need to go to your profile settings and look for a tab with notifications or subscriptions. sometimes it's hidden in the account options. if you don't find that topic there, try checking the subscribed topics tab again, maybe you missed something.

once I found the files, the instructions were really unclear. you need to create a UFO and TFTD folder in the same folder where you download the appimage. not in the main folder where the appimage goes. and you know what, the appimage doesn't create these folders automatically, so you have to make them manually.

that 3x3 medkit is probably in the X-COM: Long War mod. there's something called the advanced medkit there, it has a futuristic design and is more advanced than the standard medkit.

check out that mod, maybe you'll find what you're looking for.
