40k / Game crashed in 40K mod when I manufacture IMPROVED STORMHAWK

So this crash happens when I am playing the 40K mod in OpenXcom Extended. Mod version is the latest one "40k_028.zip" and the version of OpenXcom Extended is "6.9.1 [v2021-01-09]".

I have a free Hangar slot for the Improved Stormhawk. I don't understand why the game crashes.

Can someone please help me with this issue.
