I am using the last version of the openxcomXE (6.5.3) and all my mods refuses to show up, and i dont have a clue why

Yes i did put them in the user/mods folder correctly.

when i tried using the nightly version the mods did show up, can someone help me?

I already had the same problem. What 'Meridian' told in his post helped me
