Oh I would love that. Some kind of black market screen to sell alien gear to whoever you like.
National Governments if you want high % for clean trades and a fair amount on money. Go with the evil scheming/drug organizations if you want more money with more risks/deeper involvement. You'll also be sending your own men and women to go out and making the trades. For Cartels, you'd wanna send 10 Operatives max for the best results and least casualties if they decide to get nasty.
At last you'd get an update of how the transaction went in the Geoscape. Don't forget the grim art screen to show success, success with casualties, success with losses, or failure with all the above.

Man, I'd have so much fun reading the results if someone would write them out in detail and professionalism. All our people would be wearing trench coats hiding in different positions in a dark alley waiting for the trade. Or on an empty bridge in the factory district past midnight like in X-Files. Or something cool lol.

Should add a damage report in Debriefing for how much property we destroyed. Just give each tile a price value.

Surpassing the limit would mean splicing animal genes into your units. That's optional.

Looking cool Luke. Keep making changes to it. I'd like to see what you make.

Ok here's another wallpaper, I didn't wanna forget our X-COM Brethren in the European Union!

If anyone has a cool alien quotes that would fit in the X-COM setting, let me know. Thanks. I love adding neat quotes into many of my wallpapers.

I always have range based accuracy turned on, but I didn't know smoke affected accuracy, that's awesome! What else affects your units?

Nice thanks Luke ! I'll stretch it to fit my screen.

Hey Luke, can I have that OpenXcom logo? I'd love it on every future X-COM wallpaper I make. So anyone that finds my wallpapers can learn about OXC.

Offtopic / Re: Easier to prevent alien infiltration?
« on: July 06, 2013, 06:19:34 am »
I agree, but I'd like to know more about how the aliens take a country, before coming up with crazy ideas. I have one btw.

Would be cool if Alien controlled countries go to war with countries that haven't signed the secret alien pact. You'd get pop-ups on the Geoscape of wars going on and nukes being launched. Madness. Would be fun to play in a normal battlescape map with soldiers roaming around. You can't do anything to take the country back, but the game will decide who wins the war and if the good nation wins, they will secretly make sure all aliens within the political chain are wiped out and replaced. If the alien controlled nation is winning, you'll know from seeing a big drop in funds over trying to fund their war.

@54x I would really love to know what exactly goes on in these Alien Infiltration missions... Maybe this is something Julian didn't have time to create, so maybe he could answer that. Or I'll just check the UFOpedia. I'm lazy though lol.

I'm watching it now, thanks. It looks very interesting. I might get it if it's on gog. I like what the guy said, that you should let your units rest after a mission instead of using them again for another mission. Should add that feature to OpenXcom. Reduced stats for tired operatives. I want it!
