Title: Reinforcements Mod?

I doubt with the games engine and what not this exists, but is there a mod that allows you to send either multiple crafts to one mission or send reinforcements?

i.e for the 40k mod, I send drop pods to a battlefield but have a lack of equipment, luckily I also sent a thunderhawk which could be requested by a menu button and will arrive on a flare or any spot I choose in *Insert number* of turns

If not done I feel it could be an excellent and useful mod!

No, sorry, there are no features in OXCE/OXCE which would come even somewhat close.
