Title: Xcomfiles mod not showing up, XCF Cyrillic names mod crashes out

Hello, sorry, me again,

So, added the Xcom-files mods to mods folder (help 1 image), but not showing up (help 2 image), but XCF Cyrillic names is?

What am I doing wrong? And sorry for being high maintenance!
