Title: Cult safehouses/outposts

In the new version, it seems like the Safehouse/Outpost/etc. maps are just random maps with a bunch of cultist enemies, sometimes with no buildings whatsoever. Why is that? I remember they used to always have the safehouse/outpost located on the mission map, sometimes with missile racks inside them that you could blow up.

Why was this changed?

There might be a problem with your install, I just started a run on the latest version and I've got buildings on cult maps.

Do you have the outpost/safehouse buildings from previous installs, or do you randomly get cityscape maps sometimes the same way you occasionally do with any random encounter?

Because there used to be unique safehouse/outpost buildings, and they seem to not be in the game anymore.

Yeah for sure. I've been getting the regular variety of outpost and safehouse buildings so far, including the ones with munitions stockpiles.

Can confirm that I'm also getting regular buildings on my install.

Sounds like an install problem, namely using an older OXCE version than specified.

Yeah that's what it was, my OXCE was out of date
