Title: How Bio-enhancement work?

Research description says it needs a Sick-bay, but how to assign agents for this?

Haven't actually made it to this point in the game but I assume that bio-enhancement is a soldier transformation which can be found in the agents tab of your hideout, then click the button in the bottom left and you should find bio-enhancement as an option, click on that and select a soldier from the list. If there aren't any soldiers on the list then none are qualified to undergo the transformation. If bio-enhancement doesn't pop up as an option then you don't have the necessary facility for it.

you need to research it and have a sick bay.
Its a transformation, but thats just details.
basically you select bio enchancement at "agents", where e.g. training status is. if an agent qualifies for it (has the necessary stats, is not a rat, etc) you can select the agent and do enchancement.
may take a while for the agent to return to duty iirc.

Sorry, a noob question, but which part of the bar chart should exceed the transformation requirements?
I have this soldier and I was only able to send her to bio-enhancement and combat pilot training but not for the other two transformations.

All requirements are directly listed in the Pedia...

I know that the unit requirements are there but there is no explanation for the bar chart.

Transformations have nothing to do with the bar, it's just to show stat development - since 1994.
