Title: [DONE][Suggestion] Scroll lock state in savegames

if you save a fight with night vision on and reload it the night vision is off.
If the state of scroll lock is saved maybe night vision can be activated if needed

EDIT: scroll lock state is not remembered (that's just stupid), but the night vision state can now be remembered, more info here: https://openxcom.org/forum/index.php/topic,10629.0.html
