This is not a request but more of a general question regarding feasability - would it be possible for countries to leave the project depending on your performance (in addition to leaving due to infiltrations)?
Example:
A country that is unhappy with x-com due to alien scores in their region for two months in a row. At the end of the second month funding for that country is reduced to 0 and stays at zero.
A country that is unhappy with x-com due to alien scores in their region for two months in a row. At the end of the second month funding for that country is reduced to 0 and but can be returned (starting at a low level) if x-com actively reduces alien activity in the area.
