Title: Recruiting of Gnomes and Synths

Guys, I played it a little and I am noob so... How I can recruit Gnomes and Synths? I just read Xpiratez Wiki file and found them there, but there are no information how I can get them in my team. Please help  :'(

Synths - Space missions (besides interruptions). There is always a small chance for loot.
Gnomes - I think that you can only capture them in missions where they are the main target.

Besides, thread "A thread for little questions" exist, you know?

It is much MUCH better to ask questions in separate threads.
The title clearly says what the question is and you can search for the same/similar question asked by someone else.

Nobody will ever find any answers in the "thread for little questions", they are lost forever... and people will ask them over and over again.

Me thinks you can get gnomes from a specific high level bounty hunter mission. You'll need to knock the gnome out, which isn't that easy.

Synths you get from space missions, but you'll still need the proper tech to actualy use them, IIRC.

The grey codex gives a gnome now. You can use it as a reusable research engine and recruit then or later.

I've never seen a synth  :'( :'( :'(

So, it is almost unreal to get Synth or Gnome? Why Dioxine did it so hard to get them? Are they overpowered elite units or what?

Gnomes are basically smaller version of Gals, so they fit perfectly in tanks, which makes them a bit OP. Tank with its armor and resistances, and on top of that Gal HP pool and mostly the same stats cap. Nothing will be able to damage this if played atleast a bit smart.

Syns are OP but rare enough so this is not a issue.

I noticed my Gnome gals have pretty interesting stats.

They have a huge bravery % (like 200% or so). They also have a high Psi resistance. Therefore they are perfect for piloting the XEC Exorcist and firing its Dead Ray.
