Title: [Solved] Alien count labels in Battlescape missing?
Post by: Kzer-Za on August 10, 2019, 01:21:13 pm
A question concerning the labels displayed in the lower right corner of the screen in the Battlescape (you can click on them to center on the alien it signifies). I used to launch OXCE 5.5.2.1 from AUR. Yesterday I downloaded the latest nightly build (09 August). Today I noticed that this version displays these labels only as long as you have the soldier who sees these aliens selected. As soon as you select another soldier, who doesn't see anyone, the labels disappear.

Is it supposed to be like that in this new version? I haven't changed any settings and don't see such a setting in Options.

Version is 1.0
(81266be8a is a git commit)

Anyway, if you want to have the features from OXCE, you need to download OXCE (OpenXcom Extended), not OpenXcom.
The latest version (5.6.1) is available here: https://openxcom.org/forum/index.php/topic,5258.0.html
