Title: Celatid psiVision

Ufopaedia says about Celatids that "It appears to detect human brain waves and will move towards a human target even if well hidden." I want to give them this ability by:

    psiVision: 10

Is this about right? Are there some unexpected effects I might run into with it?  Maybe the range would be better if it was more/less than 10?

It looks fine at a glance, as long as you're using OXCE.

I'm going ahead with it then. In fact, I have alrady tried applying this, and it seems to even work, as far as I can tell :) I think, I'm going to increase the range to 12-15.

As long as you don't go beyond the normal vision range, you'll be fine.
